Overview

Hillcrest Security Ltd is looking for 2 full-time and permanent Security guard supervisor at 22420 Dewdney Trunk Rd Maple Ridge, BC V2X 3J5.(Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 26.92/hr and 40 hours/week.

Main Duties:

Coordinate, assign and review the work of security guards

Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments

Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports

Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Requisition supplies and materials

May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Requirement:

Completion of secondary school is usually required. Completion of college courses related to the area supervised may be required.1-2 years of experience in the occupation supervised is usually required. Certification or licensing is required for some occupations in this group.
