Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.50~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 4605 Lakelse Ave, Terrace, BC V8G 1p9

Job Duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the food service staff’s activities
• Ensure food preparation followed customer’s requirement
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Ensure the quality of foods and services meets standards
• Maintain and supervise the records of stock, sales, and wastage
• Resolve customers’ complaints and concerns
• Train food service staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Involve in the recruitment of food service staff when required

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
