Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $18.75~$19.75/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 4605 Lakelse Avenue, Terrace, BC V8G 1P9

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook entire meals or individual dishes
- Oversee kitchen operation
- Maintain inventory and records of food, kitchen supplies and equipment
- Ensure kitchen and food service area clean and sanitized
- Schedule and supervise the activities of the kitchen assistant
- Order food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and equipment when required
- Plan menus, regulate size of food portions, and estimate food requirements and costs
- Recruit and train new kitchen assistants in food preparation, cooking, and usage of kitchen equipment
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
