Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $17.62 ~ $20.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  3

·         Work Location: 2640 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 3G6

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Prepare dishes and foods by using standardized recipes

·         Plan menus and determine the size of food portions

·         Inspect and make sure the kitchen and work areas are clean and sanitized

·         Watch kitchen operation

·         Monitor inventory and keep records of food, supplies, and equipment

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
