Position Info:

·         Position: Specialty Foods Baker

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 5910 274 St, Langley, BC V4W 0B8

Job Duties:

·         According to recipes, prepare dough, batters, and frostings for our bakery goods.

·         Baked mixed batters and doughs.

·         Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.

·         Operate machinery and maintain its condition.

·         Arrange a production schedule to determine the type and quantity of goods to produce.

·         Maintain inventory and purchase baking supplies.

·         Inspect the quality of products to meet the established standards.

·         Ensure the kitchen and food service areas.

·         May train new baking staff in preparation, baking and handling of baking goods.

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
