Position Info:

·         Position: Warehouse Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $31.35~$33.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 5910 274 Street, Langley, BC V4W 0B8

Job Duties:

•      Plan, organize, and monitor the operational logistics of the organization

•      Coordinate and allocate tasks within the warehouse department, ensuring that workloads are evenly distributed

•      Order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for daily operations

•      Conduct performance evaluations of warehouse workers

•      Engage in the recruitment and training of warehouse workers in duties and policies

•      Address work-related concerns and provide technical guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment

•      Develop and implement maintenance plans for warehouse repair and equipment

•      Ensure that equipment and machinery operate properly

•      Collaborate with other departments or work units to coordinate activities and streamline operations

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of related experience are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Language: English
