Baik Mi Korean Restaurant is looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager.

Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $26.44-$30.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: #26-900 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V7

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Manage customer complaints and inquiries
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed thoroughly
• Maintain inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
• Plan staff work schedules and supervise staff performance
• Participate in recruiting staff and overseeing staff training
• Plan and analyze budgets
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of restaurant service

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in food service sector are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
