  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $25.00~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

  • Make reservations and arrange available schedules for all customers
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information on a computer
  • Welcome visitors and guide to the employer or appropriate person
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Type and update file financial statements, letters, invoices, etc
  • Answer incoming calls, regular mail, and electronic enquiries
  • Order and maintain office supplies

Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
