Position Info:

·         Position: Administrative Assistant

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $25.00~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1200 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6S4

Job Duties:

·         Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer

·         Determine and establish office procedures

·         Make reservations and arrange travel schedules

·         Organize and maintain the inventory of the office supplies

·         Maintain computerized information filing systems

·         Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries and relay messages and telephone calls

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
