Overview
FULL TIME ETHNIC FOOD COOK for Japanese and Thai cuisine restaurant, with the following skills:
- Must be able to prepare and cook Japanese, Thai and Asian cuisine
- Prepare from scratch sushi, and teppanyaki items
- Assist in overall kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May set up and oversee buffets
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
