Overview

FULL TIME ETHNIC FOOD COOK for Japanese and Thai cuisine restaurant, with the following skills:

  • Must be able to prepare and cook Japanese, Thai and Asian cuisine
  • Prepare from scratch sushi, and teppanyaki items
  • Assist in overall kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • May set up and oversee buffets
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
