Position Info:

  • Position: Restaurant Manager
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $25.00~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Work Location: 7145 Market Street, Port Hardy, BC V0N 2P0

Job Duties:

  • Plan, organize, and control the overall operations of the restaurant
  • Determine adequate service types and set up the implications of the operational procedures
  • Hire staff and supervise staff training
  • Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance
  • Monitor revenues and modify operational procedures and prices
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Monitor health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for the cost of supplies

 

Job requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
  • Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
  • Language: English
