Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00-39.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 101-1730 Pier Mac Way, Kelowna, BC V1V 3E7

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for guests

·         Develop and maintain service standards, operating procedures, and workflow practices aligned with restaurant’s overall goals

·         Manage staff scheduling, assign shift duties, and provide ongoing supervision and feedback

·         Hire, train and orient new employees to ensure they understand their roles, service expectations, and workplace procedures

·         Monitor inventory levels and ingredient freshness, review revenue and cost trends, and recommend operational or purchasing adjustments

·         Handle customer issues promptly and professionally while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation requirements

·         Maintain strong supplier relationships and coordinate effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to support efficient service flow

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
