Position Info:

Position: Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $16.75~$19.00/hour (depending on Experience)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Number of Positions:  4
Work Location: Location: 101-1730 Pier Mac Way, Kelowna, BC V1V 3E7

Benefits:

Job Duties:

Prepare and cook complete meals and dishes for customers.
Prepare, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
Check food and ingredients for freshness.
Assist other cooks during the food assembly process.
Portion, arrange, and garnish food based on client preference.
Train and supervise kitchen helpers.
Maintain kitchen inventory, supplies and equipment.
Maintain good sanitation around work area.
Order kitchen supplies and equipment when needed.

Job requirements:

Language: English
Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
