Overview
Position: Cook (Japanese food)
Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week
Compensation:$19/hr
Position requirement:
-Completion of college cooking/culinary arts program OR Minimum 2 yearsof cooking experience/cook apprentice experience is required (PreferablyJapanese Cooking experience)
-Completion of Secondary School is required
-Cook certificate or college diploma in cooking is preferred
Duties as a Japanese cuisine cook:
-Prepare/cook Japanese food
-Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant
-Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean andmanage kitchen’s hygiene
