Specific Skills

·         Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of staff, set staff work schedule and monitor staff performance

·          Recruit and train staff in job duties

·         Assist customers by providing information on services provided and recommending services as per customer needs

·         Address & resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Control inventory and manage costs.

·         Troubleshoot equipment and arrange for maintenance for smooth business operations

·         Requisition material and supplies

·         Monitor revenues and modify procedures accordingly

·         Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety regulations are obeyed

·         Participate with the management team in creation of marketing plans and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction

·         May perform other duties as required
