Responsibilities
Tasks
Develop strategies to adhere to work schedules
Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff such as Food counter attendants, servers and other
personnel
Educate staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
Assess the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
Ensure that food quality and service comply with established standards
Resolve customer complaints or issues
Keep records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
Prepare and present reports
Must possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment
Create work schedules. May order food and kitchen supplies.
