Responsibilities

Tasks

 Develop strategies to adhere to work schedules
 Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff such as Food counter attendants, servers and other
personnel
 Educate staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
 Assess the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
 Ensure that food quality and service comply with established standards
 Resolve customer complaints or issues
 Keep records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
 Prepare and present reports
 Must possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment
 Create work schedules. May order food and kitchen supplies.
