Description

Here are the skills we are looking for :
–         Manual dexterity
–         Attention to detail
–        Hand-eye co-ordination
–         Required experience : 1 to 2 years

Tasks :

–         Receive patterns, flask and related cores to complete job;
–         Pack and Ram pattern with Green or no bake Sand (drag side);
–         Separate pattern from mold;
–         Apply mold wash to mold and any related cores and light off;
–         Inspect cores for quality and any wash imperfections, clean as necessary;
–         Pour molten metal into moulds to produce metal castings;
–         Set up and operate various machines to cast iron products;
–         Clean work areas and equipment and other related tasks.
