Position Info:

·         Position: Beauty Shop Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.45-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 3-125 McCarter St, Parksville, BC V9P 2H6

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily operations to ensure high service standards and smooth workflow

·         Implement shop policies and safety procedures to maintain a professional environment

·         Coordinate staff schedules and appointment bookings to maximize daily productivity

·         Manage inventory by tracking and ordering professional supplies and equipment

·         Monitor financial performance to meet revenue targets

·         Process payroll and maintain accurate records of salon expenses and earnings

·         Resolve customer concerns or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

·         Hire and mentor stylists and support staff to build a skilled, cohesive team

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience as well as supervisory experience are required
