Overview
Makil Auto Collision Ltd., a leading auto collision and repair shop located in Scarborough, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Muffler Installer to join our dedicated team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our commitment to providing high-quality automotive services.
Key Qualifications:
Educational Background: Successful completion of Secondary School or an equivalent educational background.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive service industry.
Technical Skills: Strong foundation in diagnostic troubleshooting, with a proven track record of mechanical repairs and maintenance. Expertise in handling a variety of vehicle systems and components is essential.
Physical Requirements: Capability to handle physical demands, including lifting items weighing up to and exceeding 45 kg (100 lbs).
Role Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with our team of mechanics, providing crucial support and assistance as needed to enhance workflow and service quality.
-Perform precise installations of mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, and radiators, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client satisfaction.
-Conduct on-site services and tire repairs and balancing, contributing to the comprehensive care of our clients’ vehicles.
-Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for our clients.
-Participate in the maintenance of heavy equipment by greasing booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components, ensuring their optimal performance.

Education and Certification:
