MM Household is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our family in providing quality home support and care. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, and committed to ensuring the well-being and comfort of others in a safe and supportive home environment.

Job Details

Salary: $20.50 hourly / 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract, Full-time
Schedule: Morning, Day
Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: On-site (no remote option)
Optional Accommodation: Available at no charge on a live-in basis (not a condition of employment).

Overview

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Take children to and from school and to appointments
Cook
Mend clothing and linens
Launder clothing and household linens
Provide personal care
Feed or assist in feeding

Support daily living activities for adults and school-age children (6–12 years)
Physical Requirement: Must be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
