Menbow Ramen Mayfair is a popular Japanese ramen restaurant in Victoria, known for its authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Full-Time Cook to join our team!

Job Details

Location: Victoria, BC
Salary: $22.00/hour (30–40 hours per week)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts required
Start Date: As early as July 1, 2026
Requirements

Ability to communicate in English
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
2–3 years of cooking experience
Experience with Japanese cuisine is preferred
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes
Plan menus and estimate food requirements
Maintain inventory and order supplies
Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Supervise and train kitchen staff when needed
Support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
