Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 2411 W 41st Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6M 2A5

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Oversee, coordinate, and assess the daily operations of the restaurant

·         Decide on the range of services to be provided and establish operational processes

·         Develop staff schedules and supervise employee performance

·         Manage inventory, track revenue, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed

·         Address customer concerns while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

·         Hire employees and manage their training and development

·         Arrange agreements with suppliers for food and other required materials

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
