Position Info:

- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $17.62~$20.50/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
- Keep records of inventory and control wastage.
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment as required.
- Participate in planning menus, food portions, and costs based on food requirements.
- May assist in hiring and training new kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inspect kitchen, food storage, and preparation area.
- Clean and sanitize work areas.
- Oversee kitchen staff and helpers.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Language: English
