Hanaya Japanese Restaurant is seeking F/T Cooks

Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time

·         Wage: $18.50~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 106-2828 152st Surrey BC V4P 1G6

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Prepare food items and cook complete various type of Japanese food items

·         Oversee kitchen operation and supervise helpers

·         Maintain inventory and record accurate food and all the supplies

·         May plan menus and costs based on food ingredients and monitor and order supplies

·         Maintain the food preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized

·         May assist in hiring, and recruiting new kitchen staff

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

·         Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

·         Language: English
