Chicha San Chen is seeking a Full-Time Food Service Supervisor

 

Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 101 – 4501 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 0E5

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff

·         Keep records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·         Determine work schedules and procedures

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required

·         Ensure that food services meet quality control standards

·         Address customers’ complaints

·         Participate in recruiting and hiring food service staff

·         Train staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
