Position Info:

·         Position: Baker

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $22.00~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

Job Duties:

·         Measuring dough for pies, snacks, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for bread, cookies, and frostings according to recipes
·         Prepare mixed dough and batters for cookies, and decorate sweets and baked goods
·         Drawing up production schedules and order list
·         Ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards for the next shifts
·         Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure products are baked in a clean area
·         Operating machinery
·         Organizing and maintaining inventory
·         May train baking staff in the preparation, baking, and handling of goods

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
