Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Direct and oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and service quality

·         Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses, making adjustments to support profitability

·         Manage supplier contracts and procurement of food, beverages, and supplies

·         Establish service standards and implement operational guidelines for consistency

·         Recruit, train, and supervise staff as well as manage schedules and reviewing performance

·         Address customer concerns promptly and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

·         Coordinate group bookings, community events, and promotional activities within the restaurant

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
