Dai Jang Kum Restaurant is seeking Full-Time Restaurant Cooks.

 

Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $17.62~$19.25/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  3

·         Work Location: 109-3088 St Edwards Drive, Richmond, BC V6X 4C4

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Prepare variety of food items in accordance with standardized recipes

·         Inspect the kitchen and work area

·         Clean and sanitize the kitchen and work area

·         Oversee kitchen operations

·         Maintain records and keep track of inventory of resources

·         Request and order food ingredients, supplies, and equipment if required

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
