Position Info:
· Position: Sous Chef
· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $36.70/hour
· Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
· Cook full menus and signature items while designing event displays
· Collaborate with the Chef to supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
· Train staff on updated culinary methods and modern kitchen tools
· Direct the team on meal preparation and specific plating styles
· Assist the Chef with the creation and testing of new recipes
· Handle orders for ingredients and necessary kitchen equipment
Job requirements:
· Experience: 3-5 years of commercial cooking experience is required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
· Language: English
