Position Info:

·         Position: Hairstyling Salon Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $38.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1041 Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 5L7

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Direct and oversee all daily salon operations to ensure smooth business flow

·         Manage the operational budget and monitor inventory levels to maintain cost-efficiency

·         Evaluate staff performance and daily activities to maintain high service standards

·         Implement and enforce salon policies and work procedures for a professional environment

·         Manage marketing contracts and coordinate advertising efforts to attract new clients

·         Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure guest satisfaction

·         Recruit, hire, and train new team members to meet the salon’s staffing needs

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3~5 years of experience in the service being offered is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
