Position Info:
- Position: Daycare Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $27.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Develop, implement, and oversee childcare programs that support children’s the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of early childhood educators and assistants
- Lead staff in planning and organizing activities such as storytelling, singing, arts, and physical play to encourage creativity and learning
- Establish and enforce guidelines for behavior and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Monitor daily routines, including meals, rest periods, and hygiene, ensuring children are properly assisted by staff
- Ensure that classrooms and play areas are clean and safe, and that toys and equipment are properly maintained
- Observe children’s behavior, support staff in addressing behavioral or developmental concerns, and communicate with parents when needed
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to children and staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
- Attend staff meetings to review children’s progress and discuss any concerns with the team
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in childcare is required
- Education: College Certificate or diploma in early childhood education is required
- Certificate: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and ECE Certificate
