Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00-$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 2

·         Work Location: 513 Fisgard Street, Victoria, BC V8W 1R3

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes

·         Plan and direct food preparation, estimate food requirements and cost for order supplies

·         Oversee and manage the kitchen operations

·         Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·         Keep kitchen clean and sanitize work areas

·         Involve in hiring of new kitchen staff

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
