Position Info:

• Position: Sales Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $24.00– $26.00/hour (depending on experience) plus Commission depending on store sales
• Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 760 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 1R5

Job Duties:

• Oversee and organize the sales staff, providing guidance and coordination
• Allocate responsibilities to sales personnel daily and create shift schedules
• Check inventory and place orders for merchandise as needed
• Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes and staffing-related issues
• Resolve customer complaints and resolve any related issues
• Hire and train new members of the sales team

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of sales experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
