Position Info:

·         Position: Pet Grooming Salon Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $35.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 2635 W 4th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6K 1P8

Job Duties:

·         Supervise, coordinate, and assess the daily operations of the service-based establishments

·         Establish or develop grooming guidelines and regulations for pet groomers

·         Control and keep track of the financial resources and inventory

·         Respond to customer inquiries or concerns, and seek solutions to the problems

·         Manage contracts and arrangements for advertising or promotional activities

·         Hire, train, and supervise pet groomers on how to provide cuts and styles for pets, delivering services that align with the preferences of clients

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the grooming field are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
