Overview

A full-time, permanent Cook is required by Pho Ten Restaurant Ltd., located at unit 130, 11080 No. 5 Road, Richmond, BC V7A 0A2

Wage: $20-$22 per hour, plus share of tips

The successful applicants will be required to
– Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes
– Oversee and manage kitchen operations
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas
– Clean kitchen and work areas
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
– Hire and train kitchen staff and helpers
– Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Applicants must have
Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks
or
completion of a college or other program in cooking
or
several years of commercial cooking experience

Ability to communicate in English is required.

Vietnamese language skills are considered an asset, as many staff, customers, and suppliers communicate in Vietnamese.
