We are in search of a dynamic individual for the food service supervisor vacancy, someone who is not only organized and reliable but also possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be adept at multitasking, have a proven ability to set and achieve goals, and be comfortable leading a team under pressure.

Salary

·          $20.50 per hour (paid bi-weekly)

Hours

·         36 to 40 hrs per week

Duties and responsibilities

•           Addressing customer complaints or concerns effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

•           Keeping detailed records of necessary repairs, daily sales, and any wastage to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.

•           Providing comprehensive training to staff members on their job responsibilities, as well as proper sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

•           Assisting with tasks such as paperwork, product orders, and inventory management to support smooth operations.

•           Implementing and enforcing service standards and operational procedures for all food and beverage services to uphold quality and consistency.

•           Regularly assessing the quality of pizzas and other snacks, creating daily checklists to ensure consistent excellence.

•           Supervising the efficient preparation of all menu items to meet daily demands and guaranteeing that all food prepared meets high-quality standards.

•           Creating and managing work schedules, as well as delegating duties to staff members to ensure efficient staffing levels and smooth workflow.

•           Adhering to all Pizza Hut policies, procedures, and relevant regulations to maintain compliance and uphold standards.

•           Fulfilling any other duties as required to support the overall operation of the business.

Education

·         College diploma (Education in relevant trade is an asset)

Qualifications & Experience

Supervision/Management experience of at least 6 Months
Experience in same field is an asset
Must work mixed shifts depending upon the schedule

·         Must be able to work with a team and have a strong initiative.

·         Must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
