Responsibilities
Tasks
1. Prepare food items including pizza and other items as per recipes established by the restaurant and specified by the customers;
2. Cutting, chopping, vegetables, mixing ingredients and preparing sauces;
3. Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling, baking and other cooking methods to specified and standards;
4. Supervise kitchen staff’s preparation and portioning of food for service and to meet the brand standards;
5. Manage stocking of inventory with required supplies and ingredients;
6. Ensure that food is assembled in a high quality and timely fashion;
7. Execute all items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures of the restaurant;
8. Increase the profits by minimizing wastage and cost control;
9. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer food complaints;

Experience and specialization: Cuisine specialties, Canadian and Italian cuisine
Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional oven, Deep fryer
