Position Info:

Position: Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $20.00-22.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and execute full-course French and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, with a focus on fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, and refined presentation

·         Assist in menu preparation including daily features and brunch items, ensuring consistency with the restaurant’s culinary standards

·         Monitor food inventory levels, track usage of seafood and perishable items, and maintain accurate records of kitchen supplies and equipment

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

·         Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and plating guidelines

Job Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Language: English
