Position Info:

Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $20.00 ~ $23.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours/week
Number of Positions:  1
Work Location: 1177 Marinaside Crescent, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2Y3

Benefits:

4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of food service staff
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service meets the standards
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Participate in the recruitment process of new kitchen staff when required

Job requirements:

Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Language: English
