Position Info:
- Position: Construction Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $48.08~$51.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 2223 E 54th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5P 1Y8
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily construction operations
- Direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Direct the purchase of building materials
- Hire and supervise the activities of construction worker and subcontractors
Job requirements:
- Experience: 3~5 years of experience in related field is required
- Education: A university degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in construction technology or equivalent experience is required
- Language: English
