Red Shiso Sushi Restaurant Ltd is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager

 

Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $28.00~$30.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 601 – 10833 160 Street, Surrey, BC V4N 1P3

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Arrange, organize, manage, and evaluate the restaurant operation and food and beverage services

·         Establish service types to be offered

·         Implement procedures of operation

·         Recruit and train staff members

·         Establish work schedules and control work performances of staff

·         Monitor inventory and revenues, and modify procedures if required

·         Resolve customer complaints and make sure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

·         Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

·         Language: English
