Red Shiso Sushi Restaurant Ltd is seeking F/T Cooks.

 

Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $17.62~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 601 – 10833 160 Street, Surrey, BC V4N 1P3

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook complete meals or specific food items

·         Maintain inventory and records of ingredients, supplies, and equipment

·         May plan menus, determine food portions, and estimate costs based on food requirements

·         Hire and train new kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food when required

·         Oversee kitchen operations

·         Make sure that kitchen, food storage, and preparation area are clean and organized

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

·         Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

·         Language: English
