We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager to manage our British Columbia showroom.

 

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager as the Residential Sales Specialist in our British Columbia Showroom, you will have the opportunity to present the LX Hausys vision of “Creating human-friendly, eco-conscious living spaces”. You will work with suppliers, designers, and architects to help create living spaces that bring contentment to our customers by placing customer satisfaction as the top priority.

You will be responsible for providing a quality client experience to achieve the LX Hausys goal to provide eco-conscious and energy-efficient materials and products as a trendsetter in creating a future space realizing an aesthetically-pleasing and human-friendly design.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead all sales related aspects of our British Columbia Showroom.
Liaise and place orders with our various suppliers and stakeholders.
Work with Senior Management to source and hire new staff.
Train all new and existing staff in LX Hausys design and vison strategies.
Conduct face-to-face interactions and sales meetings with all customers ensuring that the LX Hausys customer satisfaction ethos is adhered to.
·         Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services.

·         Work with customers to find innovative products that cater to their taste, interest, and lifestyle.

·         Work with designers and architects to ensure that customers’ vision is always at the forefront.

·         Deal with after sale issues and customer complaints and work to resolve any issues.

·         Manage all warranty issues.

·         Develop and implement marketing strategies in accordance with head office directives.

·         Conduct sales reports and liaise with head office on sales targets.

·         Direct staff and assist with the building and design of in-house displays.

Qualifications:

University Degree is the field of design is a must.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the area of residential design consultancy
Customer service experience.
Strong sales experience.
Experience with Auto CAD.
