Position Info:

Position: Guest Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $25.00~$27.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Number of Positions: 1
Work Location: 4401 53rd Avenue, Chetwynd, BC V0C 1J0

Job Duties:

Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the tasks performed by accommodation services clerks
Establish work schedules and protocols
Coordinate tasks with other departments or work units
Address work-related issues and compile and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation
Arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed
Assist clients/guests with specific needs.
Recruit and train personnel in job responsibilities, safety protocols, and corporate policies

Job requirements:

Experience: 1~2 years of experience in the occupation supervised is required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Language: English
