Position Info:
- Position: Inventory Control Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 108A – 81 Golden Drive, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6R2

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily activities of staff involved in shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of food products and related supplies
- Coordinate inventory movement, order processing, and purchasing activities to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including dispatching and transportation scheduling
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety procedures, and food safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections of storage areas
- Resolve work-related issues such as shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply shortages, and prepare reports on inventory discrepancies
- Train employees in job duties, safety procedures, and proper handling of food products and equipment
- Requisition food supplies and packaging materials based on production needs and stock levels
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing supervision, guidance, and feedback to team members
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of related experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
