Salary: 67,000 annually / 50 hours per week

Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation
Ensure dishes meet quality, consistency, and presentation expectations
Oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
Train staff on kitchen procedures and safety standards
Maintain efficient workflow during peak service periods
Work closely with front-of-house teams to support service timing
