Position Info:

·         Position: Administrative Assistant

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $24.95~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: Unit 5, 10025 Galaran Rd, Sidney, BC V8L 5X3

Benefits:

·         10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

·         Answer and reply to all the inquiries received from telephone calls and emails

·         Open and distribute incoming regular mails and emails and co-ordinate the flow of information

·         Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

·         Compile refund receipts, data, and statistics

·         Type and proofread correspondence and other documents

·         Establish and update office procedures

·         Oder office supplies and maintain inventory

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience:  1~2 years of related experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
