Position Info:

·         Position: Baker

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.00~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 2

·         Work Location: #1214-4580 Brentwood Boulevard, Burnaby, BC V5C 0K3

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Make dough for pies, bread rolls and sweet goods, cakes and icings and frostings to standardized recipes

·         Make sure that the product quality meets established standards

·         Decorate the cakes and other baked goods

·         Bake various mixed doughs and batters

·         Establish production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods

·         Manage and maintain inventory

·         Train new staff in preparation and baking

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
