Responsibilities:
Formulate, execute, and review comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively align with the company's
objectives.
Direct and coordinate marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the sales department to capture and
analyze market trends.
Utilize insights from detailed market analysis to refine marketing approaches and strategic planning.
Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials and oversee the logistical aspects of marketing
campaigns.
Compile and present detailed reports on marketing outcomes and sales figures to the executive
management team.
Develop and uphold business relationships with essential stakeholders such as industry partners, suppliers,
and media representatives.
Partner with the finance team to formulate the marketing budget and track advertising spend against
financial projections.
Apply data analytics techniques to evaluate key performance indicators and enhance the efficacy of
marketing initiatives for optimal results.
Design and implement strategies aimed at retaining customers to boost loyalty and sustain business
expansion.
Organize and oversee corporate events, including conferences, workshops, and exhibitions, to bolster brand
visibility and market reach.
Mentor and lead the marketing staff, setting high standards and fostering skill development through
systematic training.
Monitor and ensure adherence to legal standards relevant to marketing, advertising, and privacy laws.
Qualifications:
Educational: A college diploma in business administration or in a closely related field with a specialization in
sales or marketing is required.
Experience: Applicants are required to have at least two years of experience as a sales representative,
marketing representative, public relations representative, or in a related occupation.
