Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Network
Administrator to join our team. The Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our organization’s computer networks to ensure maximum performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking with 1-2 years of experience with excellent problem solving skills, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect the organization’s data and infrastructure from unauthorized access and security threats.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding networkrelated issues, including connectivity problems, access permissions, and network configuration.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes to facilitate future maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
• Evaluate current network infrastructure and propose recommendations for network expansion, upgrades, or improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in networking technology and share knowledge with team members through training sessions and documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 Years of experience working as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Experience with network hardware and software, such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, and Wireshark.
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
